How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, simply fill out the form on our website. Try to describe your idea in as much detail as possible and include clear reference images – these can be tattoos done by our artists or other inspiration you have in mind. Don’t forget to upload a clear photo of the body part you want tattooed and mention the approximate size in cm. This helps us understand your vision and ensure the best possible result.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

A consultation isn’t required, but it’s highly recommended – especially for large-scale projects. We would like to meet you, hear your story, and understand your vision so we can create a design that fits both your body and your personality.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to book your tattoo appointment. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your session. The final price is calculated after we have all the necessary details.

Are deposits refundable?

No, deposits are non-refundable. For some projects, if you change the idea or placement, an additional deposit may be required.

You will lose your deposit if you:

• Reschedule more than 2x

• No Call No Show

• Cancel or Reschedule less than 1 week in advance

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments via bank transfer. Details for the transfer will be provided upon booking or completion of the service.

How do you ensure a sterile environment?

We follow strict hygiene protocols. Everything is either disposable or thoroughly disinfected. We wear medical-grade gloves and use professional disinfectants.

How long does a tattoo take to heal?

A tattoo takes about 2-4 weeks to heal on the surface. Scabbing and peeling are normal.

How do I take care of my new tattoo?

1. Remove the wrap & wash your hands

2. Gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and mild soap

3. Apply a thin layer of ointment

4. Sleep with a fresh wrap for the first 3 nights

5. Keep it clean and moisturized for 2 weeks

What should I avoid while healing?

• Soaking (no swimming, hot tubs, or baths)

• Sun exposure

• Picking or scratching

• Tight or dirty clothing

• Excessive sweating
